“True love stories never have endings...”

Our pampas love story started at the same time as our own (my now husband and I) - our friend suggested using pampas for our beach wedding decorations. She brought a few ideas and showed us some pictures. And we fell in love immediately!

How it started

After the wedding, we decided to take home some of the pampas we used in our decorations. We thought it would serve us as a lovely reminder of our happy day and the beautiful decor . We packed up the pampas and loaded them in our car. But by the time we made it home and took them into the apartment most of it’s gorgeous fluff was completely gone. The original fullness and beauty were lost, which was upsetting.

New Path

But that started a new chapter, I went online and found that these beauties can be replicated in silk! Wowzers! 😍 I talked to my husband and we started searching online for potential suppliers.  We learned that the artificial pampas would have to be made by hand. And so we started looking for a manufacturer that would treat their employees as their family and would have a company culture that supports the growth of everyone involved in the process. We also needed someone who uses eco-friendly, high-quality materials for their production of artificial faux pampas.

Trial And Error

After a while, it seemed almost impossible but we didn't give up on finding what we wanted. Over 10 different pampas grass suppliers later, we finally found an amazing company who could meet our standards!

Our Mission

We started Feathers of the Sun Co. with one goal in mind: to bring the beauty of pampas grass into people's homes.  We’re proud to say that Feathers Of The Sun Co. is not just the best supplier of faux pampas florals in the US. But we’re a team of people who love what they do. And we truly believe that our artificial pampas grass is a tribute to the everlasting beauty found in nature.
